All of our shoes are sourced directly through StockX. Each pair is hand checked by StockX and then handchecked again by our experienced & trained staff. 

USA Shipping: We use Standard Shipping which is calculated at check out. Please allow 3-7 business days for your product arrive to you. 

International Shipping : Please allow 7-14 Business days. Shipping calculated at checkout

IMPORTANT: Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order for international orders

Merchandise purchased on our website may be returned within 30 days for any reason as long as tags are in place and the merchandise is in excellent condition. 

*Please remember if you return merchandise for a full refund & also won our shoe drawing... You will be required to send the shoe back before you receive a refund for merchandise, but why would you do that lol?

Shoe drops from SNKR LABEL happen randomly. Some may be open for weeks & some may only be only for hours. Subscribe to our text message alerts to make sure you never miss a drop. Also keep up to date on our social media & email list for info on the latest drops. Our text list will be the first to know though. 

First of all, thanks for not reselling them:) If the shoe you won doesn't fit no worries! SImply send your shoes back to us & we will resend the correct size!
